the individually addressable LED strip

Image
So back in March 2018, Kumar and I were messing around with an individually addressable LED strip. We programmed in interesting patterns like a 'chase', and the rainbow.  This is a 10LED wide worm moving along the LED strip.  and of course, Vineet Dattani had the the urge to wrap it around himself and dance to Ed Sheeran's Shape of You.  He is @vineet_dattani on Instagram :).

the lady and her harp

Image
This is our school's music teacher Ms. Anna Tanvir. She plays the harp, guitar, ukulele and I think a lot more instruments. She sings really well too. This edit is for her.

Learning how to draw

Image
I'm trying to learn how to draw. I obviously have other interests in mind too, but seems like an important skill when working with Corel and other digital art projects.

The Dark Side of the Moon

Image
The Dark Side of the Moon is on of the best Pink Floyd albums. I got inspired by the album art, and decided to somehow fuse together the album art and the album title.

Slash Tribute

Image
I've been working on a Slash caricature. I tried making the curly hair on Corel, but it seems like a better idea to draw it and somehow import it into Corel. A friend helped me with a draft. She drew the one on the right, and I drew the one on the left.  :P honestly the one on the right looks more like Isaac Newton. This is the progress I've made so far. Tell me what you think?

Blue Eyes Blue

Image
Blue eyes blue - the Eric Clapton song. This project is just a tribute to the legendary artist.

zorro!

Image
This here doggo is Zorro. He's Naren sir's husky. I used a Delphi app to generate the starry background, and some voodoo with Corel Draw that gave me this.

colourful world

Image
"I see skies of blue and clouds of white..." - Louis Armstrong. "Open your eyes... Look up to the skies and see". -Queen. The sky has been an integral part of our music and poetry for a long time. But I guess this a different interpretation of the same. In this work, I want to portray the feelings of a person who is smoking a joint. To that person, the world becomes more vivid and colourful when they're high. This is why the background lacks colour, and the smoke which contains the drug shows colour to that person. This was one of my first major edits.
